Sustainable & Ethical Procurement Zone

The public procurement landscape is constantly evolving, driven by technological advancements, legislative updates, and an increasing focus on efficiency and value for money. In addition, there is an increasing demand to develop more sustainable and ethical procurement measures to deliver Community Wealth Building (CWB).

NHSScotland’s new Procurement Strategy aims to deliver this by developing the health boards’ capabilities, including understanding and progressing sustainable and ethical ambitions, developing data analysis and reporting capabilities and skills, and maintaining compliance with procurement regulations.

Whats on?

The Sustainable & Ethical Procurement Zone will feature a series of sessions designed to help public sector achieve the strategy’s vision Putting Procurement at the Heart of a Sustainable Health Service to maximise value and benefit for the patients, staff and communities of NHSScotland.
